Anger...Indeed, it is plentiful here. Would that be
another denial issue? It appears that nobody ever gets angry here
by the way they portray themselves...the most non-
emotional lives, easy, stress-free, etc, etc...yet
somehow I bet most of us down at least a pack of
cigs a day...because we are so relaxed...(I used to
smoke 5/day...down to 2 to 3 now in my old age). The
less I sleep, the more I smoke...I wish I could quit
Speaking of cigarretes, the only 3 years long remission
I have had in 21 years was when I stopped smoking, jogged
25 to 35 miles per week, and ate like a bird. CH
came back within two weeks of starting smoking and stopping
jogging...and all because my ex gave grief about the 45 min.
per day I used for jogging...I guess I had to be
her satellite at all times, roflmao!!!!
