I've read the other responses, and they're right! All you can do is be there for him. You shouldn't feel guilty (spoken from the pro of guilt) - you are not doing this to him and I'm sure he doesn't blame you.
If he is anything like my husband, he is probably also feeling guilty for the strain the CH have put on your life, also. But it is no more his fault than it is your own.
Love him, as that is what he needs most.
Praying for PFDAN for my husband, your boyfriend, and all other CH suffers across the world.
