I have taken cafergot as an abortive for 27 years. It works some episodes and some it doesn't, but that seems to be the way with all meds. This last cycle, the cafergot and 02 did not work as well for me and I started on verapamil. This was the first time I tried a preventive and it worked great for me, CH was gone as if I didn't have them. Next time...who knows.
