I am a chronic CH sufferer whose CH still follow a cyclic pattern of better and worse periods of time. Fall is always the worst. Currently, the CH are breaking through the verapamil and indomethecin preventative treatments at about two to three a day. I really don't like using a lot of O2 and/or imitrex. My doctor (Robbins) is recommending either Topomax pills or Botox injections. I am not "up" on either of these. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for the advice. If these were covered in earlier postings, please direct me to them. I have been away from the board for a while.
