Hey, Jeff, I haad the same problem. I work in the evening, usually getting home around the time of a cluster 12-1 am. when I'm not at work. If I'm running late at work I get anxious that I will get one in front of my coworkers. If it doesn't happen I am anxious that I will get one in the car,if that doesn't happen I am petrified to go to bed. It just gets to the point that you fear everything. I don't leave the house if I'm having aparticularly bad day, like today. I to do almost every thing that Bob does in preparation for the night attacks. At least having a plan and a routine helps. Usually I use an ice pack but today for some reason, standing in a particularly hot shower helped for the second attack. I guess we've all tried most everything. My doc called me yesturday to see how I was. Nice jesture. I'm rambling now forgive me. Jeff the anxiety is real, there may be nothing that can be done we all feel it. I find it usefull to keep busy during my painfree time , then you are less likely to have time to worry. Good luck to you Pain Free Night and Day To You Jen
