I would agree with this except for my personal experiences. My clusters started during one of the lowest stress periods of my life. My husband and I were very much in love, newly married and had great jobs. I was living an idyllic life for someone my age. We both had good jobs, no children, healthy parents and a strong relationship.
They have been regular as clockwork ever since. Every six to eight months, lasting six to eight weeks. Sometimes life was good during an episode, sometimes my life was in hell. Also, why don't other people who live in high stress have these? I believe that we are medically predisposed to this condition by some type of chemical imbalance.
Hey...I'll be the first one to say that stress can make an episode WORSE, but I don't feel stress is what induces them.
