I won't bore you all again with our details but it has been the only thing that has ever helped Mike break a cycle.
I think the secret to success, though, is being episodic, not chronic, and being med free. I've yet to see it work well for a chronic or someone who is on the usual meds for CH.
No universal cure, but it sure has helped us!
