Following Dr. John Lee Book " What your doctor may not tell you about Premenopause" headache could be cause by estrogen. " Estrogen cause a swelling in the brain. Enlarged blood vessels in the brain cause most migrain headaches. Estorgen can also deplete magnesium levels, which make arteries more susceptible to spasm, a comon cause of other types of headaches...." I use natural progesterone cream for 2 months not for headaches problems, but to see if it will have some effect on fibrocystic breast, stress and fatigue. I feel much better and I had not headaches since I use this cream. If you want more information please read Dr. John Lee Book, or contact me.
