What makes you think I don't live your so called lifestyle. I have never drank or smoked. I excercised 5 days a week. I ate only 10 to 15 grams of fat per day. I ate all sorts of fresh veggies and fruits. I was in the best condition of my life. I was in the process of trying out for a pro roller hockey team at age 39. Guess what? I started getting Cluster headaches. The first thing I did was fine tune my lifestyle. I slept better. I took self hypnosis and biofeedback classes. I went to counseling and a bonafid physcyatrist. They told me they could't do anything for me. they said I was a little too intense maybe but with my lifestyle chages I had fine tuned they thought my balance was near perfect. I had allergy tests I avoided any thing one at a time then all at a time to find a trigger. Guess what I got worse. I still practice this "so called Great lifestyle." I enjoy living that way. It just never ever stopped me from wanting or just pounding my head on the wall. Sorry but no dice. I am glad it worked for you. I really am. Just don't tell me that I would be cured by your great lifestyle change. Sorry to sound so defensive. I am sure there are others who find your approach just to simplistic. I have even though about chucking it all and Drinking and smoking and eating lots of fried foods to see if it would help. But I don't think it would. Mike L. A bonafid health nut
