I fully intend to e-mail each of you to thank you for your support but I am getting very tired, I can talk alot longer than I can type, although those of you who have read my posts know that I can be long winded in my posts too. I had another panic attack, a bad one, on my way in to work. Those of you who don't know I am a nurse. I happened right at the door. Many of my co-workers were right behaind me and attended to me during my attack fortunatly I work in a hospital and not a burger king because the co-workers that stopped knew what was going on even though they did not know I ad a panic disorder. I have kept it very secret until now. Now I will no linger be known as the nurse who always smiles, I will be the crazy nurse that freaked out on her way in the door. Oh well. The Hospital Supervisor was also presant, and even though I never really cared much for her she was the most intrumental person. She sat with me in my car until I was able to drive home and her and many others had left messages on my machine, they insisted that I call immediatly when I get home so they would know I was ok. The Sup sent a social worker to my house and she was here most of the night, on her own time. She got me an appointment to see a pschiatrist today, ON A HOLIDAY! I will start a new med today and be on the road to recovery. I have to thank you all again. I can't express how much I appreciate your suport. I am so glad I pushed that submit button. I almost didn't. I am feeling 50% better today and hope to be 100% in the near future, I see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. I have to remember the very saying I live my life by "You are exactly where you are supposed to be" Thanks again
