called "Migraines and Other Headaches",by Dr. James W.Lance: Charles Scribner's Sons, New York, which devotes an entire chapter to cluster headaches and covers the subject historically and symptomatically in depth. It was the first book that dealt with CH I'd ever seen, and was an excellent diagnostic guide for me. Dr. Lance has written two other books, "The Mechanism and Management of Headache", and " A physiological Approach to Clinical Neurology". Just thought I'd mention this for those who are either new or would like to get as much info as they can on the subject.
