First things first, You and your husband are not alone. We will all try to help you with this. In regard to your concerns over your young daughter, seeing her daddy in so much pain and looking so distant and distressed will upset her the same as if she were aged 22.
Knowing that someone she loves is in pain and she canno't make them better will upset, but as she grows older she will sadly begin to understand. I posted on this board less than a week ago asking if i was being selfish by ignoring my 2yr old daughters request for a hug whilst i was having an attack.
Lets just say the lovely people on this board gently kicked my butt into realising that when you are in that much pain you are not really in control of yourself anyway.
I feel i must ask if youre husband has visited this board, if not i would strongly advise him to do so, and if he has i would advise him to return.
Check out the links to the left about meds especially O2 - it will really help.
Find a doc who cares and is willing to lsiten and who knows about CH's or who is willing to learn (fast).
I hope i have been of some help to you and come back anytime to talk or ask questions there is always someone here to help and listen.
Pain Free Days And Nights.
