we are having to replace all the wood pannelling in our kitchen where she's chew the bottom of it, the carpets are being replace with wood floor because she keeps eating them, the sofas will be replaced and the walls will be repapered in the rest of the house where she grabs little tags and pulls them off (thus removing the wallpaper inlovely great sheets) and EATS them! In actual fact we have basically gone from a little light decorating to GUTTING our house and starting again!!!! She loves snow..............we know tis as she insists on ripping our pillows (bed and sofa) to pieces to turn and the feathers and white foam fillings into her little winter wonderland! We've replaced the lino kitchen floor with stone (let's see her EAT that!!) because she kept pulling the tiles up ad eating them. All in all we worked it out that she's caused at least £2-3,000 (about $2,500-$3,500) worth of damage (predominately in the downstairs)!! The ONLY things she doesn't eat? Her damn TOYS!!!!!!!
You also notice I say she EATS what she detsroys! It's true, money, mud, wood (her fave), her own poo.......well, you get the picture! She's a walking dustbin (literally)!!!! personally I'm thinking of seeling her to a freak show "millie the chew!! the amazing eating dog! Stand still long enough and she'll eat YOU!!" I could make millions!!
But thats another reason I took up Kickboxing.................I want to be able to defend my family when she runs out of house to eat!!!! LOL
Take care and God bless,
Tracy
