The main relief I get (I am chronic ) is a large reduction in attackes. From 30-32 a week to 10. Part of the tooth enamel problem comes from the fact that it is often used on Herion addicts for withdrawal. Most of the're tooth decay comes from 1) Throwing up. (It keeps a huge amount of acid on the teeth 2) poor Hygiene from lack of funds and self care. A lot of brushing seems to work fine. As for bonr marrow I've never heard of it.
