My doc first started me on 180mg`s. He watched me very closely. At first he had me coming in ever 2 week`s to check my bp. After the 4th week he went to 240mg`s. My bp now is 70/50. My bp has alway`s run very low.The highest my bp ever has got was 90/72. This was when I was in labor with my son. But my doctor is afraid to give me a high dose. I also believe this is why I have been feeling lightheaded. Or have blackout`s if I stand-up to fast. I will be asking him on my next visit.
