I have PTSD, have taken 15-25mg of doxipin for 15 yrs. On and off. One bad side effect is weight gain. I Know a lot of men who are on it for years, now er are all fat. It does state weight gain. Try something else. I'm 49 now gained 130 extra lbs. I used to teach Taekwondo for 30 years. We all know it is the culprit.
