Neck pains being a trigger ?

Had my first CH last night for 8 months. Bastard not due for another 2 months. The thing about neck pains is this.
The only other time in recent years the CH have come out of regular period was when I was on a 10 day bicycle ride. I ended up with a very sore neck and shoulders by about the 8th day. CH hit big time on the night of the 9th day.

This time I had spent two nights working on a laptop computer (in a bad setup/posture). Neck was sore and aching when I went to bed, woke with CH at about 1.00 am.

Now I know this cannot "cause" my CH (probably), but any thoughts on there being a connection between neck problems and being a trigger for a CH episode ? Has anyone else noticed a link ?
