Haven't been here for awhile...been in remission for eight months or so. Anyway, my mother-in-law sent me an article from the 8/14/00 Charlotte Observer, where a small scale (25 folks) sample indicated a potential link between sleep apnea & cluster headaches. "...20 people, or 80 percent, showed some signs of obstructive sleep apnea, a condition in which the upper airway closes during sleep...." Not that I really wanted to hear there's even MORE wrong with me, but wanted to know if anyone heard about this. Last paragraph: "None of these people knew that they had sleep apnea before this study," said...neurologist Ronal Chervin of University of Michigan. Blessings!
