Kathi.
I know what you're going through. It seems that once I start missing the sleep I get weaker and weaker and the hAs get worse. I take a couple of Bellergal-S tablets before going to sleep and although they don't cure it, they help. I can get down to maybe one "dance" per night. This is a REALLY crude and horrible drug, I'm generally woozy the next day and NEED some strong coffee to get going. *S* The only good thing is that they help break the cycle and let you sleep. I don't know how available these are in the US, I'm sure they are prescription but the doc can probably get you some. They have some kind of ergotamine preparation and phenobarbitol and other things. Be very careful with these things though, they work well but probably interact with just about everything and are generally some serious medicine. I hope this helps and all the best to you.
