Jerry, When you are in pain, your blood pressure will go up. Some meds, like DHE or Imitrex will raise your pressure (the work on your heart also and can be dangerous if overused.). Have you tried breathing exercises to keep your heart rate from dropping? Normally during a CH, you will probably hyperventilate. Try to "concentrate" on BREATHING NORMALLY (I know, how the hell do you breath normally when you're hurting like the devil?) If you use O2, you really need to TRY to breath as normally as possible.
If your pulse gets too low, breathe in a paper bag. That should help normalize it.
