Just needed to sound off to people in the same boat.
Going through really bad episode just now.
No meds worked yet but find distractions to take mind off it
I'm singing in a show tomorrow for Caring For Kids.
I auditioned and got to sing "Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves" with my friend.
Luckily it's a song with attitude and I take my frustration at the headache out on the microphone.
Sounded pretty good, even if I do say so myself!!!
OK thats my rambling over now, but I would like to know if anyone has any other good distraction techniques.
