I had to fight the Ins. Co. but did end up getting 30 tablets monthly w/ 12 refills, the Amerge(running across it by the advice of another Clusterhead) worked for me consistently for 4 days straight and then fizzled!! I am chronic and the dosing was a bit diferent than normal. I was taking 1/2 of the larger dose(breaking the pill in 1/2) and taking that twice daily. I experienced numbness and tingling...not in my hands and fingers like is described in the Amerge pamphlet, but in my lips!! LOL....My mouth, would get kinda tingley!! I did go off of the Amerge after about 35 days and was insane enough to give Prednisone a try (BIG, BIG mistake) and now, just the last few days, I have been relying on the Amerge. It's helped some, but last night, again, I thought I was going to that CH. convention in the sky!! So, it seems it(amerge) picks it's battles carefully!! Best of luck to you!!
