This doctor sounds to good to be true BD!! I almost hate to suggest this as it may sound as though we are taking advantage of such a good doctor, but as you've already approached him...how about this;
What if everyone here were to post a message to the doctor to convey how having such an advocate as the good doctor would be valued to us? You think that help?
