I'm not sure why you can't get 02, My Doctor called up to our respitory thearpist in our clinic and she arranged for it to be delivered to our home, we have a large tank for home and 4 port tanks for our cabin, my husband uses it every day, it has enabled him to work every day along with imetrix pills, he couldn't function without it. My suggestion is to call your clinic and talk to the insurance person there, she can call your ins co for you and find out if they will pay.send me a email if you need more help, I work at a hospital know lots of ways to get help. good luck, Penny
