I have sworn by the low stress theory for years, vacation, slower periods at work, AFTER Christmas, etc, but then at times when I had seriously ill friends, twice in my life, they were raging, so then I thought it was high stress.
And then there are the times I swear I am in neutral and get hit just as hard. so. Go figure?
