I have one that comes and goes...
It usually starts prior to a cycle, and ends with the cycle.
I have restless leg syndrome at times, in my case walking during the daytime seems to help the RLS.
When my cycle ends, all I have to do is get still and quiet and I'll go right to sleep for the night.
Also, when in a cycle, if I have trouble going to sleep, even when physically tired, I can count on awakening in a hour w/a 9 or 10.
