When Kevin massages my neck, he says he can feel
that "cord" in my neck too. Mine always start in
my neck, then quickly moves to my temple. I've had
alot of shoulder pain also and find it hard to
turn my head. I think someone on the board described it best when she referred to the sensation in her head as feeling like "sparklers"
