I dont have the neck or sholder problems untill an attack is under way.
But, I DO get poping in my cluster side ear before and attack.
This poping noise also lets me know if i'm about ready to go into cycle again. (I have been getting it now for a few weeks. Have had about 4 low scale headaches.)
When I'm not in cycle I never hear that poping noise.
