I find it interesting where most seem to benefit
from O2 therapy, there is higher RBC count,
or hemoglobin level. That is because with more RBC
or hemoglobin, the person's capacity to carry
O2 in the blood would seem greater. Unless, of course,
the hemoglobin is tightly, or irreversibly bound to another
molecule preventing the binding of O2, i.e.: CO, or other
smoking byproduct.

Also, I wonder if your book notes something about
lysed RBC and CH.

I don't understand the question about blood loss
and CH. Can you elaborate?
