Pred, tho it helps many is a drug to try to get off of. The side effects can be horrendous. The calcium channel blocker of choice is Verapamil or one of the name brands (I'm using Verelan, same stuff). I had ended my last cycle when I started it so don't know if it will work for CH but I also take it for high blood pressure. I am also an O2 advocate and have been using O2 as an abortive for over 15 years. During my last cycle, it had become ineffective and I started chilling it and it started to work again. O2 must be done correctly and I'd be more than happy to email the details if you'd like. Good luck.
