Has anybody every heard of men having hot flashes who also have cluster headaches? My mom has a dear friend who suffers terribly from both, to the point that his quality of life is very poor. Two different doctors have told him there is nothing to be done. Surely not??!! When he has the hot flashes his outer body temp seems normal, but he breaks out into a cold sweat and becomes very weak. He's also been told the headaches are sinus. After running across these links, I'm wondering. He has been told the problem of the hot flashes stems from his hipothalmus. Can anyone shed any information on resources to look at?
