I guess I will not be to much help to you. When I have a cluster durning the day, my supporter if home says he is sorry and gets anything I need for me, ice imitrex coffee anything. Sometimes he thinks of things I have forgotten or in to much pain to remember. If I need to be alone he leaves me alone if I need his hand to hold tight he gives it to me.
At night if I get up hurtting, he stays in bed he has to work the next day and I deal with it alone.
If the pain is to much and I can not deal with it he gets up with me and does what he can.
We are in this together and have to work through it together. We both give and take here. I try to respect the fact he has a job to go to and try hard not to wake him. He is always there for me in return when I need him the most.
Its hard for you to watch and understand our mood, and pain. There is a lot of guilt for us that suffer because we don't want to hurt the people we love, sometimes we do durning a attack but God knows we do not mean to.
Suffers and supporters both have the same wish . To see a cure so life will be better for us all.
Sorry you and Donald are both hurtting. I pray all will be better for you both soon.
Heat for me does sometimes trigger a attack, and change from hot to cold temperatures. Could it be him coming in from the hot sun to a cold house if you have the air on when he comes home? Just a thought.
