Tiger balm on your temple and sinus area (or vicks)
Afrin nasal spray
HOT washcloth over the affected eye
ICE over the affected eye
Brush hair, HARD, over the area where the cluster is
If you can access a shower massage, lean over the tub and put it on pulsate on the back of your neck
Make a steam tent over a pot of boiled water. Cover head with a towel and breath in the steam SLOWLY and CAREFULLY
CRY...I'm serious. Long and hard.
Drink icy cold water.
I'm an idiot. I try to stay away from meds because I'm an outside sales rep...I drive alot. I've just found the meds make me spacy and tired..a dangerous combination when your driving in NYC. So...I've adopted all these strange, non-med based ways of trying to kill the pain.
