Hi,
Was on 480 mg per day for about three years, and the headaches grdually increased in frequency. After a wretched fortnight, the dose was upped to 640, and no attacks for fifteen days - longest break for a very long time.
However, the demon doesn't like being defeated, and the dose has had to go up and up.
Now on 960mg pd. Having five to ten attacks per week. God knows what it would be like without!
