He said she taught him breathing techniques and was trying some self hypnosis thing. He said in the visualization thing that he was supposed to feel his hand getting cold (something about water and ice bucket) he said he thought that he did feel his hand get cold alittle. I was somewhat excited because he has talked down alot of things and I think attitude is part of the process. At least he wasn't very negative about it. I can't wait until the next appt.
