I think that the fungus in your toenails
might be different from that affecting CH, if that
is indeed a contributing factor to CH. Also, I believe that
the treament might be different.
All information at this point is useful,
even if negative results are obtained. I must note
as well, that your triggers seem to differ significantly
from those expressed by the majority, as I recall,
i.e.: Alcohol effects and so on, as you once noted.
I am just not so quick at discounting
posibilities with or without such far fetched
parallelisms. After all, the earth was flat at one
time, and travelling to the moon was a Jules Verne fable...
Your input, however, is appreciated. Would you be
kind enough to post in detail the type of fungus,
scientific nomenclature, and the medications that you are
receiving as treatment?
