Sufferer check up from the neck up

I`m interested to know if any one out there suffers
with pain stiff neck. I do and its also on the same side as my cluster headaches. I had treatment for my neck Physio, now my headaches are gone?.
My neck is not 100% yet, could it be that a disc ect in my neck was trapping the nerves to my head.???
