Do we "need" this pain? What are you some kind of damn idiot? Sure, we "need" this pain, like we "need" a heart attack, like we "need" our home to burn down, like we "need" a brain tumor. Who is this "very well known doctor" and what's "his book". Name some names, or is the "very well known" quack also Anonymous? One more thing. Cluster headaches are NOT caused by depression. Depression is caused by clusters.
