Sorry you've had chat problems. Here are a few things to consider-
First off, chat has an 'anti-back-in' security feature. It's real purpose is irrelevant here, but it occasionally causes unexpected problems like you're having. Basically, it means you can't use the 'Back' button on your browser to return to chat. It sometimes affects folks trying to get into chat in other ways, too. If, for example, you bookmarked the chat room from INSIDE chat, you might get this error.
Another possibility is that you're using a link that goes straight to the frames version and you have a browser that isn't frames-capable.
Here's what I suggest...bookmark www.headachesupportgroups.com (I'll link it below). That's the home page. From there, click on Chat.
If you still have problems, email me at the address above. The more info you can provide, the more I can help. Let me know what O/S you're running (Windows 95, Win98, NT, Mac, etc), what browser (IE, Netscape, etc) and version (you can find that in the "About" section of your browser's Help area). Also tell me exactly what route you took to get to chat.
