clusters and MS, any correlation?

I am finally over my most recent relapse on the Clusters. I also suffer from Multiple Sclerosis. I am wondering if there is any connection between MS and Clusters in anyone out there?

I was prescribed with a strong dosage of Hydroprednisodone for the clusters which snapped me out of it. This is very similar to the treatment for an MS relapse. Anyone have any info on this?
