Hello All;
Well, the holidays came & went while I went thru another cycle, but thanks in good part to the posters at this site, I'm done with the biggies . . . The "shadows" are all that remain, and I think they are fading as well.
I've been CH-Free for 4-5 days, and some normalcy is returning to my life - - I actually know what day it is!
The big stopper was Verapamil, and I quit taking any other preventatives (Benadryl, Amitriptyline, etc) 4 days ago. I have a new doctor, and he's well versed with these CH baddies, and actually read the stuff about CHs that I've accumulated on the Internet.
Thanks to all the people who provided info about Veapamil, squats, vibrators, antihistamines, etc., as it allowed me to tolerate the last 6+ week cycle.
I will check back here regularly, and post as needed to help others in the way y'all helped me. It is the least I can do to repay the kindness.
