You don't know if it's your ex-spouse that's causing the
anxiety - - or perhaps your present one - - or perhaps
the kid(s) or perhaps the new order of visitation that
you hate - or your kid's not being home - - or
wondering where they are - - or the fact that you
feel like the only one spinning around you in this
confusion. You know you feel guilt - but you don't
know why - - and it just all gets worse and worse
yet you continue to strive for positive things - and
know that you have bad days when you can't handle
it all and run to a substance - - but there are good
days when you feel you can conquer it all - - that
strength shows that it is possible. And then you find
a website like this one that shows that everyone
else is spinning just like you - and we are conquering
demons - and you are not alone. Everyone has demons -
it's just conquering ourselves is what we really
