No, Linda, you are NOT alone in feeling this way. But you probably need to talk to your dr. about some antidepressants. If you only take them when you're feeling like this they DO help. When I start thinking about my gun is when I know to up my dosage for a couple of days.
If the truth be known, I doubt there's a clusterhead out there who hasn't THOUGHT about suicide during an attack. But most of us keep hoping for a cure. You know the old saying, "God, grant me patience - but HURRY. Hang in there BD
