I too have chronic tmj, in fact I go to a Dentist that specializes in tmj and I wear a special retainer at night. However, as of the last 6 months whenever the tmj starts acting up I know a cluster migrane is on the way. I am going this week to a pain management center to see if they can treat everything. I go to a headache clinic for the migranes but recently the tmj and migrane has become chronic so I going to see if they the pain managment clinic can help. My migrane doctor wanted me to try Sansert on top of the daily neutorin i take but the side effects seem pretty serious so before I start on them i am going to see what the pain managment clinic says. Have you heard anything about sansert? I will let you know if the pain managment clinic has any insight.
