I too am feed up with always being on med's and am considering accupuncture. What type of credintials should I look for? My doctor wants me to start take Sansert but the side effects are really frightening me. The sad thing is, my insurance covers the med's with a small co-pay and I am sure they don't cover accupuncture. Any other natural remedies that have helped? I am 32 and over the past year my migranes have tripled in number and intensity and my quality of life basically stinks. Any suggestions are welcome.
