OK About smoking. There is a posibility that the cause of my reaction for smoke is my way o giveing up with smoking. I told my self that its not good for my. It's enough to think, during the pain then couse of it is cigaretes. After few days you can't smoke and it makes you seek.
Yous questin wasn't "How to give up with smoking?" but.
To be truth, I dont know what is the truth. The truth is out there.
