new approoach?

i've had ch since 28 .. now 44. they were in a great 3 year remmision until 3 months ago. I've had success with prednisone and imitrix but not this time. Is there anyone else out there that did have success with this combination of drugs and then had to go to something else to find relief. If so, what did you go to?
