but I still take them. Don't ask me why. I honestly think it's more habit than anything. I have a pain so I take the only painkillers I have in the house. I know they're not going to work, but I take them anyway.
At least when I see my dumbass gp and he says "well, have you been taking the paracetamol (similar to advil) or ibruprofen like I told you to?" I can say "yeah, but they're not working" and he can reply (as he usually does), "well give them time, give them time"!!!!! Of course he's STILL saying the other doctor shouldn't have diagnosed me with CH as Im HIS patient and HE says I have tension headaches (despite all my symptoms telling him his wrong)!!!
But you have to find you're own relief in whatever way you can.
