I tried acupunture for the first time in the Fall
of 99 and I can honestly say that it did help to
releive the pain. I have CPH which is a variant
of CH. I went once a week for 10 weeks, then every
other week. My insurance only covers 20 visits a
year and I plan on going back again this year in
the Fall when I get hit the hardest. I noticed
a differance after about the 3rd visit. It made
the attacks less painful. I was also alot more
relaxed since I seem to constantly live in fear
of the next attack. Hope this helps a little. Why
don't you at least try it? Its painless too :)
