I too started around the age of 20 and am now 48 y/o. Originally my cluster was about once a year for 4-6 weeks, 2-3 HA/day, lots of 10's. At age 40 (which is also the age at which I quit drinking alcohol, I'm alcoholic) the clusters went to every two years, 8-10 weeks. My last remission was almost 2 1/2 years. The HA seem to be a lot less intense this time. Only one, sometimes two per day. Mostly in the 5 range and only lasting 15-30 min. Only had one 10. I may be premature, but I think the cluster is ending and it's only been 6 weeks. I hope that as I age, the remissions will be longer and clusters shorter until someday they end completely.
